Job Description
A great new role for a Home Removals Porter/Driver has come in for a growing business in St Neots. You will be working as part of a team completing daily removal jobs in Cambridgeshire and further afield.
What will the right person look like?
The ideal candidate for the Home Removals Porter/Driver role must have a minimum of 3 months experience as a Removals Porter, must have a full clean driving licence held for at least 2 years, experience driving a 3.5t van, and be physically fit as you will be lifting heavy furniture up and down stairs and in and out of homes.
What will you be doing?
- Packing up home contents, handling items with care
- Moving furniture and other heavy items
- Loading/unloading vans
- Driving between customer properties
Hours/Salary/Benefits
The Home Removals Porter/Driver role is Monday to Friday and two Saturdays per month. Working hours each day will vary with some early starts/finishes and some late starts/finishes.
Salary up to £30,000 including working every other Saturday.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
