Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Driver to join the busy team at our Lloyd BMW, Carlisle retailer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal satisfactorily with all customers queries, on delivery or collection of the vehicle
- Review deliveries and collections throughout the day
- Ensure vehicle handovers take place to customer’s satisfaction Control of Resources
- Report and damage or losses to the Service Manager immediately
- Report to the Service Manager, with regard to stocks of cleaning products and oil for Courtesy vehicles.
The successful candidate must have the following skills / attributes:-
- Full UK Driving Licence; preferably clean with no endorsements or penalty points.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be given.
- Customer friendly.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and use own initiative.
- Punctual and flexible on attended hours at work.
Hours: Wednesday-Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm
Salary: £11 per hour
