Job description

We are looking for an HR Administrator Apprentice to support the HR team.


If you have good administration and IT skills and are interested in pursuing a career in HR, then we would like to hear from you!


Main duties:


  • HR administration
  • Responding to HR queries
  • Dealing with e-mail queries on a range of HR matters within a specified timescale and escalating where necessary
  • Supporting the HR team with ad hoc projects
  • Support with arranging meetings
  • Filing HR documents onto shared drive folders
  • Updating of processes and forms


Skills required:

  • Good communication skills
  • Good administrative skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and data base skills
  • Well organised and good problem-solving skills
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to work independently
  • Ability to form good working relationships and confidence to deal with all people at all levels
  • Work to achieve high standards and accuracy
  • Ability to work in an environment of strict confidentiality
