Job description
We are looking for an HR Administrator Apprentice to support the HR team.
If you have good administration and IT skills and are interested in pursuing a career in HR, then we would like to hear from you!
Main duties:
HR administration- Responding to HR queries
- Dealing with e-mail queries on a range of HR matters within a specified timescale and escalating where necessary
- Supporting the HR team with ad hoc projects
- Support with arranging meetings
- Filing HR documents onto shared drive folders
- Updating of processes and forms
Skills required:
- Good communication skills
- Good administrative skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and data base skills
- Well organised and good problem-solving skills
- Good numeracy skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and to work independently
- Ability to form good working relationships and confidence to deal with all people at all levels
- Work to achieve high standards and accuracy
- Ability to work in an environment of strict confidentiality
