About Us
Quintons are a leading firm of independent Chartered Surveyors specialising in commercial property within West Berkshire, and a national portfolio of clients. They employ RICS registered valuers and provide advice on sales, lettings, valuation, rent reviews, lease renewals (landlord and tenant) of offices, shops, industrial/warehouse units and sites, commercial development land and residential land.
About the Role
Supporting a Chartered Surveyor specialising in Horticultural properties, we are seeking a competent driver who also has the ability to accurately measure properties all over the country.
We require a flexible driver, to work either 4 or 5 days a week, 8 hours per day. You will need to be available to start before 6am driving all over the country and returning early in the afternoon. Once onsite, you will measure all the buildings and add the site measurements onto the computer. You will draft the accommodation schedule and undertake valuation research into residential and commercial properties, utilising the knowledge of appropriate agents and conducting online research. Additional duties will include collating and preparing information for reports and managing the file archives.
About You
You will need a clean driving licence and be capable of working flexible hours with early morning starts. The ability to measure commercial buildings accurately and input the data into a computer system is essential for success in this role. You will need to be IT literate with effective communication skills.
