Job description
DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a HGV C+E Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Monday - Friday – Start times anywhere between 0500-0700. (occasional nights out needed potentially).
Bonus Scheme £200 per month if the below criteria is met
£70 for full attendance
£70 for if not involved in blameworthy accident
£60 if you don't receive any infringements
22 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Delivering mattresses, bed bases and headboards to stores and warehouses - Tailgate delivery only but some heavy manual handling involved.
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- You will Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Drivers are required to have a minimum of 1 year LGV C+E experience for these roles.
