About the Role:
If you are looking for an exciting entry level position, that aims to deliver a first-class customer service, travelling to various COPFS offices and external organisations across Scotland then this role may be for you! Our Messenger/Driver post involves the post holder providing production support to colleagues of COPFS within the justice system.
You must be passionate about customer service; happy to travel frequently across the Central and North Scotland area and occasionally elsewhere in Scotland and be able to work effectively across teams and independently. The ideal post holder will have strong word processing skills, pride themselves on their organisational skills and have an interest in the work of COPFS. This role requires you to hold a full clean UK Driving license.
In this post you will have the opportunity to shadow experienced team members, building up confidence with travelling and liaising with various stakeholders. You will also receive on-the-job training which will include confidentiality and data training, as well as learning about production protocols. This job is ideal for those who enjoy independent working, taking ownership of their own workload and have key skills in prioritising and planning in order to meet business needs.
