Salary: 24,889 - 27,099 (higher pay scale would be on completion of washing machine and cooker install training)

Job Purpose:
The Driver will be responsible for vehicle operations, managing the crew, and aiding the Resource Coordinator with logistics. This includes accepting and unloading vehicles, sorting and pricing donations, restocking the shop, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Maintenance & Safety: Daily and weekly checks to ensure the roadworthiness of vehicles.
- Delivery & Installation: Transport sold items, accept donations, and install/disconnect household appliances.
- Compliance & Testing: Serve as a Designated Appliance Installer, PAT tester, and Compliance Officer.
- Driving: Safely operate company vehicles, complying with all relevant codes and regulations.
- Quality Control & Warehouse Duties: Oversee the quality of donations, price stock, manage warehouse activities, and assist customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, maintain product knowledge, and address customer enquiries.
- General Duties: Participate in training, achieve performance targets, contribute to organisational development, ensure data integrity, and support service users and volunteers.
