Job Title: 7.5t Driver
Location: Leicester, LE4
Salary: £27,877.47- £35,251.75
Due to continued growth and long-term strategic ambitions, we are looking for Cat C1 7.5 Ton Drivers to join our team and giving you the opportunity to progress through fully funded training onto Class 1 and Class 2.
Bakers Environmental Solutions provide a wide variety of Waste Management and Recycling Services to over 5,000 clients. Extremely serious about our role in educating and encouraging our clients and the local community to consider their impact on the environment and employ best practice to make saving the planet a reality.

Experience
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Strong self-organisational skills and effective prioritisation of objectives.
- Ability to work towards defined KPI’s and objectives.
- Previous experience within the waste industry is desirable, full training and on-going support is provided.
- Ability to operate an ‘in cab’ PDA device.
Qualifications
- Full driving licence with a 7.5t Cat C1 Licence entitlement
- Digital tachograph card
- Driver CPC card
