Job description
RSG are looking for respectable, assertive, customer focused Door Supervisors for various events and venues across the south coast. Our SIA Licensed officers are responsible for looking after the safety of events, premises, and other venues by undertaking various tasks, such as:
- Managing crowds and queues to maintain order, ensure safety near roads and busy areas or prevent overcrowding and injury,
- Ensuring any dress codes are adhered to,
- checking people’s admission tickets on entry to a venue or event,
- patrol inside and outside a venue/premises to check security of access and egress routes and monitor activity in those areas,
- monitor people’s behaviour and professionally deal with conflict,
- physically intervene and escort people out of the venue, if necessary,
- deal with emergencies,
- co-operate with police, first aiders and management during incidents.
Role Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following:
- SIA Door Supervisor License (Must be an in-date physical license)
- DBS Check (Enhanced DBS is preferred but Standard DBS is sufficient)
- First Aid at Work certificate
