Job description
We're hiring two SIA-licensed door supervisors to join our existing team working at a private events venue in Croydon. Each event and the related risk factor will be different, and may include corporate events, birthdays, weddings, and private parties.
What We're Looking For
- Professional and smartly presented door staff with a talent for customer service, preferably with hospitality experience.
- Fantastic communication skills and a new school approach to security.
- The ability to think on your feet and make good independent judgement calls.
- Qualifications in fire safety and first aid, or a willingness to undergo training.
This is a self-employed role on an ad-hoc basis. We do also have PAYE options available which can be discussed if this is a preference.
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Salary: £16.10 per hour
