Job description

The Athenaeum is an independent family owned hotel now looking to expanding its front of house team.

We are seeking a charming and welcoming character to greet our guests as they arrive at the hotel, to assist them with a swift settling in at the hotel.

Creating a smooth and professional service, you will oversee luggage, cars, guest enquiries and more and ensure all customer queries or requests are handled efficiently, politely and courteously.

The Athenaeum has been family-run since the 1990s and could not be more committed to its famous five-star service.

An independent spirit remains at the heart of the hotel, where it continues to welcome everyone as VIPs and to make their stay individual.
