Job description
Pilgrims Hospices is looking for friendly Flexi Domestic Assistants to join our team to help keep our hospice clean for all those who work, visit and stay at our Thanet hospice site.
The Role
As a Domestic Assistant you will work as part of a team to ensure our hospice environment remains clean and pleasant. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Various cleaning duties to a high standard
- Replenishing washroom supplies
- Basic record keeping
- Reporting of any defects or damage found on our site
- Safely disposing of waste
- Attending team meetings
The post holder must ensure that cleaning is completed to a high standard, in line with standards expected within a healthcare environment.
Working Arrangements
This is a flexi role and is based at Pilgrims Hospice Thanet. Working days will be from Sunday to Monday. Flexibility is essential. You will be provided with on-site parking, a uniform and subsidised meals during your work day.
