Our client is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Office Administrator to join their team and play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office procedures and supporting the overall success of the organisation to ensure they provide excellent service to all their partners and stakeholders.

Position: Administrator

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm based in Twickenham this is a three month temporary assignment paying £13 per hour to start ASAP

A DBS check will be carried out on the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day comprehensive administrative assistance, reception, secretarial and data support function to the service.
  • Document Management: Create, edit, and maintain various documents, reports, and spreadsheets. Ensure all files are accurately organised and easily accessible to relevant team members.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately enter data into databases and keep track of important records, such as employee information, client details, and financial records.
  • Correspondence: Prepare and draft professional correspondence, memos, and announcements for internal and external communication.
  • Assistance to Management: Provide support to senior management team in maintaining high levels of data quality and data management.

Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Previous experience in office administration or related roles is preferred.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document preparation, data entry, and general office tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues and external parties professionally.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) plus digital media and minute taking experience
  • Team Player: Collaborative nature, able to work well within a diverse team environment.
