Job description
We are an expanding professional dog walking company based in Islington seeking new members of our team. (www.islingtondogwalkers.com)
The role will primarily involve picking up and dropping off multiple dogs and walking them on lead around Islington, Monday to Friday for 1-3 hours per day in the late morning/afternoon on foot. Walks will be carried out both from clients' homes and our day care centres on Hornsey Road and Caledonian Road.
We also periodically have other hours available for our dog walkers in the mornings and late afternoons/early evenings, Monday to Friday, for other work assisting with our day care service, such as: collecting/dropping off dogs on foot, supervising the dogs inside the day care centre, feeding the dogs, and keeping the centre clean. We offer full time cover shifts at our day care centres to our dog walkers who may be available.
The ideal candidate will be a reliable and responsible animal lover available Mon-Fri each week who is looking for an active outdoor job in the local Islington area. This position will suit someone who is looking for part-time work, or someone who is looking to start a career in animal care.
Training and equipment will be provided, as well as opportunities to progress into other areas of dog care.
