Customer Service Advisor
Full Time - Permanent

We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team of staff in the Credit Control department.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Motivated to implement/deliver on time to quality standards, with strong ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Initiative and flexible to new ideas and ways of working
- Highly energetic and driven to succeed
- Able to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
- Able to manage information of a confidential nature
- Experience of working in the customer services industry or call centre environment would be advantageous but not essential.
- Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Duties of this role include:
- Support the helpdesk team to deliver a consistent, efficient, accurate and polite service to our patients.
- Manage patient enquiries to a high standard
- Support change of business processes to improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and company policy.
- Ability to work within other areas of the department if required
- Complete ad-hoc requests from the management team.
