Information Services Group / Library and University Collections / Conservation & Collections Management
Fixed Term Contract: Full Time - 35 Hours per Week
Contract from 1st August 2023 – 31st July 2024
The Opportunity:
The Documentation Assistant will work with specialist museum Collections Management Software to edit and enhance existing Art Collection metadata and associated image files. The role will expand access and significantly increase teaching and research opportunities through the improved records.

- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate close attention to detail
- Strong communicator and comfortable working as part of a team
- In-depth knowledge of collections documentation standards
- Experience in a similar role in a gallery, museum, or library setting
