Role Purpose
The Service Delivery Dispatcher at our unit at Gatwick is the controller, accountable body and security guide for the Service Delivery activities. They will bring organisation and calibration to the flow of products going through the Service delivery area.
Function activities include dispatching of flights to the teams, security checks of flights onto vehicles, search & seal function and keeping the dock area safe and compliant whilst also maintaining a presence on the airfield for all airline SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
- Accountable & responsible for ensuring all airline requirements, briefs & knowledge is disseminated and achieved within the service delivery function
- Search & Seal of items to be loaded
- Loading and unloading Vehicle security checks with documentation signed and collated.
- Dispatching of flights in correct order and timeframe to ensure safe distribution for our airline activity.
- Keeping all dock related and regulated certification signed and collated and presented back to the SD operations team.
- Controlling of dock area compliance, taking onboard all area activity to make sure employees are working in a safe environment.
- Airside loading duties to be able to assist with airline SLAs and distribution of products from unit to aircraft.
- Any other reasonable requests of duties
