THE ROLE:
As part of Expereo’s Demand Generation team, you will play a leading role in driving business growth through a dynamic mix of written, video, and audio content adopting a multichannel strategy for print, online and social channels. Your work will play a central role in both lead generation campaigns as well as in building the Expereo brand globally.
Your content strategy deliverables and output will be high profile and seen by customers, colleagues, media, and analysts worldwide. You can expect to work in a fast-paced growing business that provides multi-national well-known brands with a growing portfolio of communication technology managed services.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience of leading an IT/Telecoms focused content team in-house or at an agency to join us. With increasing business demand and our portfolio broadening, this is an exciting time to be joining the team as we seek to position ourselves in the market, aligned to a new brand position and forthcoming launch.
In your role as Content Manager, you will be accountable for setting the direction for content development, the distribution strategy and delivering a dynamic portfolio of work, that reflects our value to our clients and a position of thought leader and visionary made possible through future service launches.
Job requirements
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Here are how your day-today responsibilities of the role will look like, but are not limited to:
- Developing and communicating our content strategy working closely with all functions within the marketing team, executive management and our CTO and Product Teams
- Designing and delivering time to market efficiencies in content production delivered through multiple channels
- Partnering with internal teams and our external agencies to initially create and then deliver our content production model
- Leading the delivery of high quality and quick to market content delivery
- Setting both the short term and long term vision for content development and shaping a plan to deliver this against our business objectives and strategy. This will include content for demand generation and building the brand.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and influence across functions
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, at all levels of a business
- Portfolio management including prioritisation and trade-offs
- Someone who is self-directed and can work comfortably with ambiguity
- Strong experience in content strategy and the ability to translate insights into deliverable recommendations based on persona based marketing – including client faced content, press, analyst and investor relation audiences
- Strong budget management skills
- Someone who has experience of creating content in the IT/Telecoms sector and can provide direction and opinions to challenge and change our current strategy and ensure we are placed at the forefront of our sector.
