Are you looking for a new exciting challenge as Exam Invigilator?
Are you a recent graduate, thinking of entering the teaching profession, and seeking school experience? This Job requires you to oversee and supervise examinations and to ensure that guidelines and regulations for the integrity and security of the examination papers and procedures are followed during examination sessions.
Our School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support students in and out of the classroom and in the exam hall.
Key responsibilities:
- To register and record student attendance.
- To uphold the School rules and ethos
- To facilitate and encourage learning which helps all students achieve their potential
- To communicate the work/exam instructions set by the class teacher to the students
- To manage the classroom/exam hall environment, maintaining good order and applying the school’s Behaviour Policy
- To return exam papers, calculators, etc., to the examination officer and communicate students behaviour throughout the exam
- To distribute exam papers to students and supporting staff members
- To enable standard operating procedures including and orderly entrance and exit from classrooms and exam hall.
Requirements/Preferable:
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience-essential
- Some Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes-desirable
- UK Valid Enhanced DBS (we can help obtain this at cost if needed)-essential
- Two professional references-essential

Training:
We provide in-house and external CPD training for all our agency staff members. In addition, recently qualified teachers are ‘buddied up’ with experienced teachers to provide support and direction in teaching and learning.
