Modality Partnership has a full-time vacancy for a brand new role; a Divisional Service Delivery Manager (Non-Clinical). The postholder will be a high performing operational manager, working across the Modality Airedale, Wharfdale & Craven (AWC) Division (10 sites; c.90k patients) and across the Partnership providing strategic, operational and project management. Main duties of the job
The role is a hands-on leadership and management role; working at a senior level with the Divisional Board to ensure the smooth running of the division through an operational and strategic lens utilising a range of management skills which will be required to support the Division’s strategic aims whilst being resourceful in ensuring support is given to the wider team to complete tasks.
The postholder will need to confidently evidence and utilise key skills such as effective communication, stakeholder management, operations (staff) management, performance/targets management and the ability to manage and prioritise the implementation of projects across the Division and the wider organisation. The postholder will work in collaboration with the National Modality Business Support Team to deliver innovative ways of working to meet the strategic aims of the organisation.
The job requires innovation, flexibility and commitment and the postholder will be required to work resourcefully as part of the team to ensure tasks are completed.
Overview of your organisation
We are one of the largest GP super-partnerships in the UK, serving over 450,000 patients and with a workforce of 1500+. We are unique, we are always looking at ways to improve our delivery of services through the implementation of new and innovative solutions that we can scale across the organisation. Modality AWC comprises of 10 GP sites and has a workforce of 320. Each of our practices are led by a dedicated GP Clinical Lead and Patient Services Manager and have a combination of experienced and newly trained nurses, clinical pharmacists, MSK Practitioners and many more Allied Health Care Professionals offering a variety of services addressing our populations needs.
Your job is to work directly with the Divisional Board and Divisional Management Team to help us drive forwards the Division; to improve working practices to improve patient and staff satisfaction. Most management roles focus on personnel management / project management. This is a role that will equip you with a portfolio of leadership and operational skills to make sustainable changes within Primary Care.
