Radius Systems are recruiting for a QA Administrator to join our Business.

Location - Hilcote, Derbyshire (Hybrid Working Pattern)
Hours - Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm
Salary - 25k - 27k per annum
Purpose: To Carry out Administration duties for the Quality Department.

Job Description:
· Attending QA leadership team meeting
· Responsible for updating quality documents and operational procedures to reflect current working requirements.
· Document Librarian, managing Oshens document library with up-to-date reversions, adding new documents and archiving old documents.
· Maintaining the resin approval matrix, both excel file and updates to Sys-pro
· Raising purchase orders on Sys-pro for the leadership team and engineers
· Complete the quality section on the new product request forms.
· HQ warehouse administrator, moving NCP items into and out of HQ.
· Attending HQ monthly meeting and keeping the leadership team up to date
· Raising stock disposal forms
· Supporting internal and external audits, Customer visits
· Using Sys-pro to gather product information for the leadership and engineers.
· Manage Departments holiday tracker.
· Generate Monthly reports where applicable.
· Scan applicable documents and achieve where required daily.
· Organise Operations/Technical Board Pack/Presentation Monthly
· Assisting in the maintenance of an up-to-date system for the receipt and filing of Supplier related documentation such as Certificates of Analysis and certificates of conformity
· The pulling together of batch passport documentation.
· Pulling together certificates of analysis for supplier products when requested by international Customers

- Computer skills – MS Office etc
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter – able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to prioritise to meet internal requirements.
- Meticulous record keeping and attention to detail.

- Experience working with manufacturing departments.
