Job Title: Diversity & Inclusion Consultant
Location: London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow or Edinburgh
Hours: Flexible - We are willing to consider applications for part time & full time.
About the Business:
Brook Graham is a Diversity and Inclusion consultancy specialising in the strategic management of D&I in global companies. Established in 2004, the business was acquired by global law firm, Pinsent Masons, in 2017 and now sits within the Employment and Equality Law practice. Pinsent Masons is widely recognised as a leader in D&I, with multiple D&I award wins, and is the leading law firm on the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index.

Purpose of the role:
The Brook Graham business benefits from a strong client base, an excellent pipeline of future work, and ongoing potential for client referrals from within the wider firm. As an integral part of Pinsent Masons, Brook Graham has ambitious plans and growth objectives.
The Consultant role encompasses both the delivery of client engagements, pitching for new work, and account management. . The role is focused on delivering high impact D&I consultancy services to our clients. the Consultant will contribute to brand building and client development through thought leadership, networking and client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
Delivering Client Engagements via Consultancy
- Scope, design and lead the delivery of consulting projects, from single advisory pieces of work through to more complex, long-term programmes.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities for new work, through the use of existing internal networks, external events and sharing thought leadership articles on social media.
- Support the acquisition of new clients through contribution to the sales process (bids, proposals, sales meetings / pitches).
Client Management
- Manage and develop relationships on client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to the client and being a first point of contact for relationship queries.
- Support your team by working collaboratively in delivering D&I consultancy services and identifying innovative, practical solutions for our clients.
- Ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services for clients and build visibility of the impact of the solutions.
Requirements:
Experience
- Experience of working and delivering advice / projects in a consultancy / client facing role.
- Expertise in Diversity and Inclusion, across a variety of D&I topics.
- Experience of working within another D&I consultancy, or delivering D&I projects or initiatives for clients would be ideal
- Demonstrable track record of new business development.
- Experience working with external partners would be an advantage.
Skills
- Able to develop and nurture great relationships within Pinsent Masons and clients.
- Facilitation and training skills.
- Strong organisational skills with a methodical and disciplined approach to planning and delivering
- Strong, clear verbal, listening and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of people.
