We’re looking to recruit a Distrubtion Customer Service Advisor in our logistics team, this is a hybrid role where you will be required to be in our Burton head office 2x days per week (Monday,Thursday)
Your Purpose
You will be working in a team primarily dealing with distribution customer queries or quality queries, through telephone, email or online. Managing those queries into third-party service providers and other areas of the business to bring an issue to a resolution for the customer. There is also opportunity to build working relationships with our vendors to improve service.
- Take ownership for the inbound tasks triggered by customers and our sales teams and liaising closely with key stakeholders daily.
- Ensure customers are aware of the ullage process and manage their expectations efficiently.
- Processing Ullage requests via the phone, email or online, Inputting all required detail into the systems correctly.
- Establish effective working relationships with all internal and external stake holders to achieve an excellent customer experience.
- Deal with customer queries in a timely manner looking to provide industry leading levels of customer service, offering basic technical cellar management advice to outlets to help them to dispense our brands in the best possible condition and escalate where necessary.
- Deliver and achieve SLAs to drive the growth of MCBC (Molson Coors Brewing Company) and maintain customer retention
About You
- You have a need to deliver good customer customer service, either on the phone or face to face
- You’re intuitive and ask lots of questions. There’s no script with this role, you’ll follow your instincts to get to the bottom of the issue and work out the best course of action
- You’ll have a determination to drive good practice and also be willing to learn
- You want to take ownership of your work and show independence in achieving results while working within the team
