Then Please get in touch! Kingston Barnes are recruiting for a Dispatch Supervisor to join our client in Wiltshire.
**The Company**
They are a well-known company within the food packing industry. They require a dispatch supervisor who will be responsible for the supervision and organisation of the dispatch of goods ensuring all products are picked and packed accurately and in line with customer specifications.
**Your Responsibilities**
· To supervise efficient loading, storage and stock rotation of all eggs on site within current employment, health & safety and food legislation, while adhering to customer specifications.
· To meet and exceed the customers service level expectation.
· Utilise IT systems to ensure strict stock control, dealing with any variances and if necessary, putting corrective actions in place.
· Complete all relevant paperwork accurately, legibly submitted to the correct people on time.
· Departmental hygiene, both environment and personnel through staff training and monitoring.
**Qualifications and/or Experience required**
· Strong IT Skills
· Excellent communication, both written and verbal
· Organised and proactive
· Strong problem solver
· Able to manage a diverse workforce
· Experience at a supervisory level with a busy warehouse environment
· Previous experience working within Food Production / FMCG, ideally within a temperature-controlled environment
· Knowledge of Food Health & Safety and Legislation
**Package**
· Salary: £30,000 per year
· Free parking on site
· Sick pay scheme
· Hours: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. (8 hour shifts)
