Tarantino Properties is looking to add an enthusiastic and dedicated Regional Director of Sales and Marketing in the Senior Living Division. This individual will maintain and/or improve upon the occupancy level and revenue production of the community in accordance with the marketing and business plans to include completing sales calls and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the Regional and Community Team to maintain and/or improve upon the occupancy level in accordance with the marketing and business plans of the community
• Plan and oversee the execution of events and outreach efforts to build brand awareness, identify new referral partners and prospective residents, and strengthen relationships with local referral sources and other key stakeholders
• Develops and maintains relationships with and generates leads through residents, family, and professional referral sources
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to continually refine and optimize our marketing strategy and tactics
• Ability to provide healthcare and community information
• Supports calls, tours, and e-mail communication with inquiries from prospective residents, families and referral sources
• Manages all move-ins/outs and assists with transfers
• Oversees records of prospective residents, including contracts, move-in paperwork, and necessary health documents
• Positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of five years in sales, with a successful track record in a senior living or healthcare environment
• Travel required up to 90%
• Proven experience with senior living sales process and the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of the senior living industry and regulations
