Inside Sales/Director of Admissions
Responsibilities:
- Will engage with prospective residents and their families, showcasing the benefits and features of the facility.
- Build strong relationships and trust by providing accurate and compelling information about their community.
- Sell the unique qualities of the facility, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for residents.
- Manage the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and evaluating prospective resident’s needs.
- Conduct comprehensive tours of the facility, highlighting the amenities, services, and care available.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple admissions and inquiries simultaneously.
- Compassionate and patient approach when dealing with individuals in challenging situations.
- Familiarity with the admissions process and regulations within the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in using relevant software applications for record-keeping and data management.
