Sales Development Director - International

An expert in providing bespoke solutions for Oil & Gas control rooms industrial control rooms, air traffic control, broadcast studio and surveillance.
We are now looking for a Sales Development Director, International to continue our growth plans in overseas markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sales Director who is looking for a long-term opportunity and would be interested to transition into the CEO position.
An experienced international sales individual with a track record in new sales development in the USA, EMEA and UK markets, ideally in the sectors we operate in. You will be a driven, ambitious, and financially astute and want to prove your management and leadership skills. All our solutions are be-spoke which can be learned.
You will travel regularly to the USA and EMEA regions while re-evaluating the UK market, competitors, while implementing key sales & marketing strategies to expand the business and accelerate growth. There is also an opportunity for our business to diversify into new markets and address best value of the marketing and exhibition budgets.
Substantial remuneration package and commission/bonus package with room to grow and be part of the senior management team, board, and the shareholders. While this is not a desk job, the view on the management team based on-site in Aylesbury is essential therefore, you must reside in a commutable distance to Buckinghamshire.
