Nivek Catering & Hygiene Supplies are a leading distributor of catering disposables, chemicals, hygiene and light equipment to the catering and hygiene industry across London and the South East. As a rapidly expanding business we are looking for an additional Delivery Driver.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the candidate would ideally have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good customer service skills
- A full UK driving license
- The ability to work to very tight deadlines
- Sound journey planning knowledge
The role is delivering to repeat customers across London and the South East on a multi-drop route. All routes are rotated across all delivery drivers. All our vehicles are either LWB panel vans, or Luton Box Vans. As a wholesaler all deliveries are made to commercial premises.
Vehicles are loaded from 6am and routed to finish around 3pm. No weekends, no Bank Holidays.
Occasional long-distance journey, with an overnight stay in a hotel. Three to four times per year.
Training and uniform included. Previous experience an advantage, but not essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
