Job Title: Director's Executive Assistant
Reports To: Director
The Director's Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support, including managing the Director's schedule, organizing meetings, handling phone calls, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling and organizing meetings
- Coordinate and prioritize the Director's daily tasks and responsibilities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements, such as flights and accommodation
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication on behalf of the Director
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the Director and the organization
- Conduct research and gather information when needed
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as requested by the Director
- Attend meetings and take notes when required
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as they arise

As a Director Executive Assistant, your primary job role will be to assist the Director in managing their day-to-day operations, ensuring their schedule is properly organized, and acting as their liaison with clients and staff. Your responsibilities may include:
1. Managing Director's schedule and appointments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in their daily activities.
2. Coordinating meetings, conferences, and appointments, both internally and externally.
3. Handling incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls, email correspondence, and written correspondence.
4. Managing Director's desk and workspace, including filing and retrieving documents, maintaining appropriate records and confidential information.
5. Providing support and assistance in preparing reports, presentations, research, and other materials needed for Director's meetings.
6. Conducting research and analysis of information relevant to Director's work.
7. Act as a liaison between the Director and other members of the executive team, as well as external clients and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have a strong background in administrative and executive support.

Salary: £2,500.00 per month
