Knightsbridge Estate Agents & Valuers are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our fantastic team as the director of first impressions.
It will be your responsibility to welcome every customer that comes into our branch and ensure they are treated in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner, and undertake various tasks that include :
· Being the first point of contact for all clients, contractors, surveyors, etc.
· Release and log the distribution of keys for contractors, surveyors, and buyers when their new home completes.
· Deal with all incoming mail and distribute accordingly.
· Prepare all new home gifts for properties that are due to complete that day.
· Answer any overflow phone calls from our 3 branches, this could be around 40-50 calls per day. They will then need to be inputted into our system and allocate to the relevant office.

Working Days/Hours: 8:30am – 17:30pm 3 days a week
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 23 per week
Salary: £12,500.00 per year
