THE ROLE

This role sits within DigiCert's Product Management team and reports to Senior Vice President of Product. This is a team leader role for DigiCert's device trust services and will manage a team of 1-2 product owners, however you would be expected to work as an individual contributor as well. You will play a role in managing and growing our flagship product in document trust.


ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate for this role has Product Management background or experience managing B2B and preferably content trust/ document trust/ eSignature technology products that are targeted across Enterprises and SMB. You also understand the eIDAS and implications on document trust. Candidate has a demonstrated ability to create and lead high performing teams and can work in a fast paced environment whilst delivering excellence.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Conduct product business analysis, including gathering business/customer requirements, technical inputs and market data, and translation of results into functional specifications.
  • Have the mindset of being the GM of DigiCert's content trust product portfolio and create strategy and execution plan to grow the revenue at high double-digit growth. Duties will include developing and executing go-to-market strategy
  • Manage and drive product development and project schedules from design to release, making appropriate decisions to optimize time to market; managing business relationships through release and deployment to gather feedback on product quality and levels of service;
  • Measure and maintain product success in relation to financial metrics; and work with business executives, operations, and business and software development teams to deliver products to market.
  • Additionally, work with a team of Product Owners to collaborate and deliver on the overall vision and goals.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE

  • 7+ number of years of experience in B2B tech product management and 5+ years leading a team of product managers/ product owners.
  • Experience in content trust/ document trust/ eSignature market landscape, customer needs
  • Experience in understanding customer needs related to document signing from a global perspective.
  • Ability to be customer facing in driving the product as well as convert those needs to requirements and product features.
  • Experience in growing a new product to high double-digit growth.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Understanding of Agile Methodologies, SCRUM, and tools, JIRA
  • Understanding of cybersecurity space
  • Tech skills & soft skills
