This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Strategy and Transformation team to ensure quality improvement methodology is at the heart of our decision making. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about quality improvement and is able to drive the agenda from a people, processes and technology perspective.
We are looking for someone who is able to inspire and lead the team and wider organisation to understand the principles or QI and embrace it to drive systematic and lasting change. With a grounding and understanding of research this role provides a great opportunity to demonstrate the strength that QI and research has on patient care.

IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.
Location Based from one of our regional offices (Ashford - Kent, Ipswich or Norwich), with optional hybrid working
Hours Available 37.5 hours per week
