This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as our Interim Director of Partnership Operations (Fundraising Operations). The successful candidate for this role will be equally able to apply for the permanent position when it becomes available.
The Director of Partnership Operations is responsible for the high performance of the Partnership Operations department, with a primary responsibility of helping to deliver the ambitious growth targets over the current 4-year strategic cycle i.e., REPLACEMENT_STRING2026. The Director is also a member of the Partnerships and Philanthropy Senior Leadership Team, and the UNICEF UK Extended Leadership Group.
To thrive in this interim position, you will be comfortable with coming into a new role, with a willingness to review and support the team in its re-alignment goals, for the team to deliver on its strategic objectives. You will have a strong depth of experience leading and developing high-performing, inclusive, collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams or departments.
