IT Admin Support Assistant at Rendall & Rittner
Working Hours - 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday
Location - Homebased
Salary – Competitive
Contract – FTC – 12 Month

What makes a brilliant Rendall & Rittner IT Service Desk Assistant ?
- you’ll provide excellent Customer service via telephone, email and in person.
- you’ll amend high volume customer contact details.
- you’ll manage the enquiry inbox.
- you’ll have excellent data entry, and attention to detail.
- you’ll raise IT tickets where appropriate.
- you’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to lead, engage and inspire others.
- you’ll proactively manage updates to all parties through to complete resolution.
- you’ll build a strong working relationship with Rendall & Rittner’s internal & 3rd Party system providers you’ll produce monthly reports on related statistics.
