Our company is seeking a Director of Marketing who will be responsible for the overall progress in digital marketing, including influencers, display, search, social, and affiliate marketing.
You'll use your data and analytics skills in this role to grow and optimize Slash's user acquisition.
Your responsibility will be to "own" the marketing budget and make strategic marketing decisions to maximize the return on investment.
Candidates should be passionate about improving the user experience by performing A/B tests, optimizing funnels, and integrating personalization. As part of your role, you will build and implement full-funnel marketing strategies across all channels, prioritizing experimentation and measurement as much as possible. An enthusiastic problem-solver and hands-on leader with a big-picture mindset is required.
You will be an innovator who can introduce new ideas and initiatives to further the company's digital growth. You will be comfortable working creatively and excited about rapid test-and-learn approaches.
What you will do..
- Create, test, and implement new marketing channels to drive user acquisition.
- Ensure goals are measurable, resources are allocated, budgets are set, and initiatives are prioritized to maximize their impact.
- Find actionable insights and make recommendations based on data analysis and historical trends.
- Share a strong POV on digital attribution methodologies and application to various marketing contexts.
- Conceptualize, strategize, and lead funnel creation from creative to conversion to match compelling value propositions to the right audience.
- Continuously experiment and iterate across campaign structure, funnel optimization, ad creative, and more to find out what works best.
We are perfect for each other if you have..
- Developed and implemented digital acquisition marketing strategies - some from scratch.
- Marketing experience in the English-speaking market for B2C products.
- Four plus years of experience working on influencer and display marketing, search marketing, social media marketing, affiliate marketing, or web marketing programs.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at once and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Exceptional skills in prioritization, problem-solving, and project management.
- Outstanding communication skills with a demonstrable ability to lead a complex organization and generate buy-in for new ideas and plans.
- A creative mind paired with strong analytical skills.
- The ability to create programs from scratch and be a self-starter.
- English proficiency (C2+).

Salary: £36,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
