What you will be doing
As the Digital Director, you will be leading the digital planning, channel management and digital strategic thinking across our McCormick and United Airlines accounts.
You will lead your team by managing and coordinating the specialist teams in the UK, providing strategic direction.
You will be the go-to for the client, building a strong client relationship and developing a deep understanding of their needs and business challenges, translating these into digital cross-channel strategies.

- Building deep relationships with local market teams, to ensure that they deliver work to a high standard that will meet client expectations.
- Responsible for leading the Display, Paid Social and Search teams predominantly based in London.
- Working alongside the strategy and planning team to deliver solutions to client briefs that are innovative and creative.
- Managing the end-to-end process from brief to delivery of media plans and post-campaign insight.
- Stay current on a range of issues - market, industry and own area of expertise.
- You will need to lead your team to ensure operational excellence in the accurate and timely delivery of campaign setup, trafficking, and finance deliverables. Your team will work closely with the international finance, data/tech and market teams to deliver this.
What you’ll bring
- Strong communication skills, able to adapt your style for internal and external teams and across different markets
- An expertise in performance media and its role in the wider digital ecosystem.
- A knowledge of the performance channels including programmatic, paid social, paid search & retail media.
- A strong understanding of the relationship between different media channels and data analysis to support this.
It would also be nice for you to have
- Able to build trusting and collaborative relationships with colleagues and across the wider dentsu network.
- Organised, with excellent attention to detail.

This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements.
