Core Responsibilities
- Serve as primary HR contact and provide generalist support for the Operations and Services team globally. Also responsible for consultation for other functional employees sitting in the UK.
- Consult and Advise on UK HR related matters
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and themes to help inform and consult with the business on people strategy
- Manage all day-to-day HR responsibilities, including salary/bonus planning, talent reviews, staffing, on and off-boarding, and performance management for client group.
- Work with leaders and employees to establish and champion a positive, respectful work environment and act as an employee advocate
- Manage workforce planning process working with internal client groups and internal talent acquisition team to identify effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain the right talent for the organization
- Be an impactful contributor at key senior management meetings and provide HR input and strong business cases for strategic business projects and long-term planning and budgeting processes
- Lead the organization change management process for respective client groups in response to business strategies
- Where required, manage HR due diligence and transaction support for M&A or divestment activity, including integration and change management
- Oversees government, legal and regulatory requirements and/or complaints in various areas.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of human resources and HR business partner experience
- High proficiency in MS Excel including vlookup and pivot tables, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with HR information systems, such as Workday and ADP
- Experience in managing highly complex employee relations cases and partnering with legal for employment law
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proven influencer, demonstrated ability to coach and counsel at all levels of the organization
- Experience working in global matrixed organizations a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and projects, delivering high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change environment
- Strong acumen in understanding key drivers of organizational health using data; and the ability to develop and deliver effective people and culture strategies that foster a highly engaged workforce
- Desire to roll up your sleeves and dig into details
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Discreet with experience in operating with high levels of integrity and managing highly confidential information
