- Ensure full awareness of and compliance with the requirements of all relevant Company QA, HSE procedures and LEAN principles.
- Actively ensures that his/her own health & safety and the health & safety of all fellow workers or other workers is preserved at all times.
- To inform/report any accidents, near miss, or environmental issues immediately to Team Leader / Supervisor
- Follow SPM work instructions / SOPS (Standard Operating Procedures) at all times.
- Work under direction to control al SPM equipment in receiving, storage and dispatch areas and workshop yard.
- Attend toolbox talks, and safety meetings, contributing with observations and safety moments as required.
- Maintain yard areas in a safe, clean and risk -free manner.
- Use SPM approved systems to manage return and logging of all rental and refurb items.
- Identification and segregation of incoming equipment.
- Be responsible for accurate and complete equipment check-ins.
- Safely carry out forklift duties within the facility. (after appropriate training / sign-off)
- Safely perform deliveries using Company Vehicles.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping throughout the facility.
- Work as directed to provide equipment to workshop team.
- Work as directed to safely and correctly pack equipment for outgoing jobs.
- Priorities jobs to meet internal and external customer needs.
- Any other duties as required by SDTL/Workshop Supervisor.
Objectives & Measurement:
This role is key to ensuring safe operations within the laydown, storage and yard areas of the SPM Oil & Gas facility.
The role provides ownership of the function for safe return, logging, storage and recovery of SPM and customer owned equipment as it is returned from service and prepared for dispatch.
