Reporting to: Digital Asset Management Partner

You will be responsible for:
- Leading significant engagements with executive level clients. Giving direction, oversight, and leadership to the delivery team
- Growing the pipeline of opportunities and securing significant client work to be delivered across the Digital Consulting business
- Leading, fostering and encouraging innovation, developing differentiated offering content addressing market needs
- Ensuring the right skills are available in the right numbers to meet the requirements of the market
- Working with the AM Offerings Partner to develop the culture of the team
- Being a visible advocate for technical excellence within our sector through effective networking and thought leadership

At Amey Consulting, we possess market-leading Asset Management specialists operating predominantly within the regulated industries sector, particularly Major Infrastructure, Highways, Rail, Aviation, Maritime and Energy.
We have a clear focus on delivering excellence in Asset Management underpinned by class-leading data analytics and technology, and help organisations make informed decisions about the management of their infrastructure assets. We embed ourselves with the client to improve their processes, systems, and data, and maintain these relationships after we leave.
In this role you will be responsible for developing our Digital Asset Management team in support of the Offering Partner. You will contribute to the strategic and tactical planning for the offering and deliver projects that create new technology solutions for the UK’s largest infrastructure owners. You will be responsible for ensuring the service offering attracts, retains, and develops the appropriate skills needed to manage and grow the business.
We want to hear from you if you have:
- Impressive industry experience in a technology, consulting, engineering, or infrastructure firm. Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the business challenges facing the sector
- Demonstrable evidence of success in developing client relationships and growing a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Direct experience in the development of compelling sales proposals aligned to client need and track record of winning significant client assignments
- Technical knowledge of cloud services and ability to challenge the team
- Present credibly at strategic level
- Significant experience in successfully developing and shaping new offerings, bringing them to market and realising a significant revenue stream
- Experience of leading and managing specialist teams, developing, and delivering technical expertise into major client projects
- Resilience, an appetite to work in new areas and the passion to deliver real innovation
- Degree qualified (or with equivalent formative training and experience).
