This post, in overseeing direct response campaigns, analysing audience response and fundraising performance, will play a vital role in generating income to support Age UK’s vital services.

We’re looking for someone who can coach, empower and motivate a team, whilst providing strategic direction.

Age UK has a hybrid working policy, so whilst this role is expected to work in the London office on Thursdays, the post holder can work from either the office or their home on the other days. The role may need to attend the office outside of Thursdays for meetings, but this is agreed with managers, usually with at least 5 days’ notice.
