THE ROLE:

This role has been created to support the senior UX and operations manager to resolve the various IT and administrative tasks that help us maintain these channels and help get us organised.

Working alongside a small but highly motivated team at OnePlusOne, this role will be instrumental in delivering on elements of OnePlusOne’s core contracts.

You will have experience of using various digital tools and admin controls. This includes familiarity with publishing via a CMS, DNS hosting and Google Analytics reporting.

LIST OF ACTIVITIES:

Maintain the running of existing services:

Day-to-day responsibilities will include publishing and managing content in our CMSs, monitoring our user base activity, collecting and analysing data across our channels to help inform the ongoing development of our user engagement and communications strategies, identifying user and development issues.

Other responsibilities:

· Publish content to websites via our bespoke CMS portal (Webflow)

· Maintaining the LMS system

· Help produce and maintain our reports in Google Analytics and Data Studio

· Distribute information above in an easy-to-understand monthly report to the board and rest of the team

· Liaise with our IT support team to resolve staff issues

· Support the operations manager in the Cyber Security process and testing

· Ensure all licenses for products are maintained and kept in order

· Support UX Manager in keeping GDPR policies up to date

· Support UX Manager in organising user testing sessions

· Provide tech support to team during webinars/presentations

ABOUT YOU:

You will have:

· Experience using and administering a LMS system

· Strong CMS and website maintenance skills (Wordpress, WebFlow or other)

· Experience in dealing with GDPR issues

· Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager

· Able to plan and implement a full user testing project

· Knowledge of Cyber Security protocols

· Ability to work on a number of different projects simultaneously

· Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills (e.g. Reports to external organisations, including government departments and simple summaries of data for internal usage)

· Experience with external applications such as Zapier, Miro, MixPanel, MemberStack

· Experience of using a CRM such as Monday.com
