Meet our Team
The DS (Digital Solutions) group work with our largest enterprise clients, establishing business relationships to understand customer challenges so that we can deliver profitable business for Hitachi products, services and solutions. Central to this teams growth in recent years is our growth of cloud services in EMEA. This team specializes in the design and implementation of digital technologies (Cloud Migration, Application Modernization, Data Engineering) to drive tangible business outcomes for our clients.
We collaborate as a team, working closely with both technical and senior commercial stakeholders client side as well as internal delivery teams to shape solutions. This is a highly visible senior sales role with complete responsibility for new business acquisition in the Banking vertical in our Digital Solutions Business Unit in EMEA.
What you'll be doing
Building strong relationships and trust with strategic new logo accounts working closely with our global sector teams and your local colleagues to expand our presence outside of our traditional hardware/storage market. Articulating our industry leading cloud services offerings, driving net new logo business and taking full advantage of our market leading commission/OTE scheme.

What you'll be doing

What you bring to the team
- New business focus with experience identifying key decision makers and selling to large, complex customers. You have an understanding of market trends, industry challenges and how our solutions can meet their needs
- Knowledge of the Digital agenda and selling services across key areas in our portfolio, including but not limited to:
- Hybrid cloud & application modernization.
- ERP modernization - particularly SAP/Oracle (we have gold partner status)
- AI, Analytics and Data Modernization services
- Public Cloud advisory and migration (we are AWS Consulting Partner, Microsoft Partner)
