This fairly small but very successful and delightful company based near Piccadilly Circus are looking for a Receptionist / Office Manager. It’s a 13 month contract and you need to be able to start mid July. As your role is so pivotal to the company, you will need to be in the office every day. Your hours will be 9-5.30. As Receptionist / Office Manager your role will entail:- answering phones, meeting and greeting clients, keeping the office tidy, ordering stationery, liaising with cleaning company/IT, managing the post, ensuring all Health & Safety matters are executed, general office admin, invoice management, overseeing the management and provisioning of the Board room and Meeting room, other services when required such as:- couriers, office supplies, birthday cards/presents for employees and arranging/assisting with social events. You must have previous Reception and Admin / Office Manager experience and you must be well spoken, bright, friendly, helpful and a team player.
