Overview:
We are looking for a digital marketing megastar to act as the owner all UK, France and Belgium digital initiatives across the market’s brand portfolio (method + Ecover) and share our story and how we're on a mission to make the world a cleaner, greener, more colourful place. In this role you’ll be defining the local market digital strategy in line with global and regional ambitions and executing plans across the various digital touchpoints (paid/owned/earned). Based in Frimley, Surrey, you’ll be responsible for setting and delivering on KPI’s, reporting on results & insights on a regular basis. You’ll also drive digital marketing capability by working closely with 3rd parties, agencies and wider stakeholders within the business. Responsibilities:
- Ensure brand campaigns are digitally fame building, establishing regular and integrated content and communication plans to complement wider brand campaigns and overarching brand communication platforms
- Grow and retain highly engaged communities on social and email ensuring sustained top and front of mind interest in the brand(s) throughout the year in and out of big campaign moments
- Keep a pulse on the online communities by being proactive on social and oversee reactive community management SLA’s and response times/coverage to ensure growth of maximum positive brand sentiment
- Manage the creation of content with our Studio and scheduling of timely social posts and email via Falcon and Klaviyo.
- Plan and manage online sales and acquisition through performance marketing, working closely with the EU Performance Manager
- Set effective and efficient digital plans specific for social, email, website and wider media with clear digital campaign KPI’s (reach, clicks and engagement, follower growth, website traffic, email sign ups, CR, CPA, ROI…), targets and forms of measurement from the offset
- Optimising both brand and sales driving digital activity throughout the year, adapting a test and learning framework for content and media, leveraging tools to assess and adjust.
- Maximise traffic and maintaining local websites, developing them into online brand hubs collecting and growing our 1st party data, engagement and conversion
- A catalyst for a digital-first mindset, working closely with the local and regional brand teams as well as local agencies (media, social, influencer) to ensure highest levels of digital work and output are reached
Experience you’ll bring:
- Creative, content and copywriting skills with a passion for thumb stopping creative and engaging content for different channels: Meta, Stories, Web & Email
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Display and FBM and delivering incremental marketing campaigns
- Experienced in developing and activating digital, media and social strategies and activity across brand building, sales driving and relationship building
- Able to think strategically and commercially, analyse the impact of marketing activity using tools like Netbase
- Good understanding of data and analytics (GA) and use of social media management tools (Falcon)
- Experience in website and email marketing management and optimisation working with CMS’s such as Wordpress and tools like Klaviyo
- Language skills in French or Flemish would be ideal, but not essential

- You’re data curious and able to spot meaningful insights and quickly reactive to topics and trends
- A natural passion for, and hunger to stay up to date with latest digital and social trends.
