REPORTS TO: DIGITAL SALES TEAM LEADER

LOCATION: ASHINGTON

OVERALL OBJECTIVES:

You will focus on delivering platinum rated end to end service of a customer’s holiday journey. You will be responsible for the customers initial enquiry, booking and aftersales experience therefore exceptional customer service is required. Through this role you will be responsible for customers enquiring through digital channels.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Use the Facebook, email and WhatsApp inbox to identify sales leads and follow the start to finish sales process.

· Engage in conversation through both private message and comments.

· Manage enquiries and call backs thoroughly to meet company procedures.

· Work towards and achieve a personal target.

· Identify, meet, and exceed customers’ needs through excellent customer service.

· Build an effective rapport with the customer to gain the customers confidence.

· Accurately research for the right holiday for the customer, using a range of suppliers and systems.

· Use the right sales techniques to sell this holiday to the customer, showing you have met their needs.

· Accurately input the customers holidays into a sales CRM site.

· Adhere to company policies and procedures.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Essential:

· Proven experience in a sales role.

· Excellent organisation skills.

· Ability to work towards and achieve a sales target.

· Rapport building skills and attention to customer detail.

· Excellent descriptive skills to sell through a digital channel.

· Excellent written and telephone manner through social media, email, and telephone conversations.

Desirable:

· Travel industry sales experience

· An understanding of Meta business suite.

Salary: Up to £22,000.00 per year
