Systems & Data Assistant for Digital Sales

We are on the lookout for an ambitious, fun and people-focused individual who would like to join us in a capacity of a Systems & Data Assistant for Digital Sales to help in day-to-day activities in the Marketing/support office team. Please note this role is office based, our Stix HQ is based in Golders Green.

KEY DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and virtually support our in-store teams with delivery-related technical issues and liaise with our relevant Account Managers from:
- Deliveroo
- Just Eat
- Uber Eats
- Just Eat for Business (aka City Pantry)
- Slerp
- Pepper (loyalty app)
- To Good To Go
- Deliverect (POS integration system)
- Otter (delivery refunds management service)
- Assist with delivery channel integration set up and manage the delivery channel onboardings for new stores
- Manage our delivery menus (both POS-integrated and Channel-led) for our equity sites well as franchise stores
- Assist with the technical set up of delivery offers
- Assist with creating and updating delivery manuals/training guides for our in-store teams and operations managers
- Assist with data analysis from our relevant delivery channels: including sales data, operational tracking and consumer behaviour
- Carry out regular checks on competitor analysis for our online competitors (both QSR and Pan-Asian)
- Support our Marketing Team with creative ideas for delivery offers, menu layout and packaging
Relevant Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable using technical systems
- Strong organisational skills
- Good communication skills
Preferred Experience (not necessary)
- Experience working with delivery channels (i.e., Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat)
- Experience working with technical systems
