We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Electronic Document Management Team on a fixed term for 12 months. The Trust is currently going through an exciting transformation project to digitise paper based medical records and enable access to these digitally. To help us on our journey, we are seeking a hard-working person who is committed to delivering a high-quality service to join our team and assist from an administrative perspective. The role is 37.5 hours per (Monday-Friday) and will normally be based on-site at our Roseville Road office located just outside of Leeds City Centre. There will be some occasional travel to local Trust sites to provide support to services who are using the new Electronic Document Management System. Your responsibilities will include: managing information and supporting with a variety of administrative duties performed in relation to digital records. tracking medical records and preparing them for scanning. participation in engagement activities with services to maximise the use of electronic document management systems within the Trust This is an interesting and varied job role providing highly valued support to our team. Training, support, and development opportunities would be available to enable the post holder, if they wish, to further develop and expand the remit of this role.
