The Digital Customer Operations team of Cumbria Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is expanding! This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be involved in a wide range of Digital projects. We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to be part of new and exciting projects which will be significant developments for the Trust’s digital journey. You will work in a supportive role to the Project Manager and Project Leads. This is an entry level position, to support the implementation, configuration, testing and training for clinical and corporate systems and digital solutions. Covering an area from the Borders of Scotland to the North of Durham, and across North Cumbria, we are actively working with Trust services to improve digital provision. We aim to attract and retain a diverse, talented and committed workforce, who are caring and compassionate, and therefore able to meet the demands of the modern NHS now and in the future. In return we can offer a dynamic working environment in which to build a career. The successful candidate will have: Education to degree level, or relevant experience. Experience of using a range of digital solutions and systems. Knowledge of change management, and strong organisation skills. Experience of producing high quality written documentation, and excellent communication skills. Experience of workshop facilitation and training would be desirable.
