The Digital Product Owner is responsible for leading a customer-facing agile product team to evolve the existing digital product experience. They are accountable for the product design process from ideation to iteration which can often include work to define solutions, prioritize backlogs, run A/B tests, and validate product successes. Their product squad typically consists of designers, engineers, researchers, product specialists, business analysts etc. Additionally, they work closely with other product owners to ensure end-to-end customer journey alignment.

What we are looking for

  • Good knowledge of agile software delivery lifecycle, architecture or delivery methodology
  • A confident communicator who can demonstrate their point with data, insight and customer impact
  • Ability to show resilience and make sound decisions in a fast-moving and pressurised environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand analytics data from Adobe, Maxymiser (or equivalent)
  • Strong story telling
  • A clear understanding of iterative development and the product lifecycle

About you

  • Experience of working in a digital product driven environment, preferably customer facing ecommerce
  • Understanding and experience of ecommerce platforms, architecture and customer journey
  • Experience in a metric structure
  • A broad understanding of digital and experience in at least four of the following: Digital analytics, Product Management, User experience research, UX and UI Design, Content production and content management, Optimisation
