At Dogs Trust we are determined to always be there for dog lovers, dog owners and our fantastic supporters. Our digital products enable us to connect with our customers and raise crucial funds for the charity. We are now looking for Digital Product Manager to help us deliver seamless, accessible and integrated digital experience for our audience.

Communications and Digital plays a central role at Dogs Trust. We help people know, love and understand the charity and take action to support the charity’s work. We use our understanding of Dogs Trust and audience need to produce impactful and creative on-brand communications, liaising with the media and celebrities, and engaging directly with our supporters. We also play a crucial role in evolving the digital supporter experience and use our internal communications expertise to communicate key messages to employees across Dogs Trust.

Working closely with Digital Product Lead and collaborating with other stakeholders and our external partners you will project manage technical and design developments to products within the Dogs Trust website, fundraising products, and other microsites, delivering outstanding user experiences and supporting our ambitious growth targets.

The Digital Product Manager will ensure that qualitative and quantitative user data underpins the delivery and iteration of digital products and services at Dogs Trust, while also empowering other teams in using the information and help them deliver on their objectives.

With significant experience of managing the implementation of new products and managing a large, complex builds you will be great at managing relationships with stakeholders, agencies and other third-party suppliers.

Passionate about customer journeys, writing user stories and user testing you will have understanding of HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) as well and as expertise in responsive design, accessibility, and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
